Editorial guidelines
Jillian D’Onfro, a reporter and editor who has nearly a decade of experience at publications including Business Insider, CNBC, and Forbes, publishes Insights Distilled every Tuesday morning. The newsletter curates key technology news and case studies for busy financial services executives as part of Insight Partners’ mission to invest in and elevate innovation that scales. Insight is committed to helping entrepreneurs and enterprises build and take advantage of cutting-edge technology and views this newsletter as another way to fuel a thriving software ecosystem.
As part of this mission, Insights Distilled delivers news coverage that is accurate, fair, and provides ample context. We aim to earn and maintain our credibility and trust with our readers by operating with substantial editorial independence from Insight Partners’ portfolio and always keeping the best interests of our readers in mind.
That means that we will feature companies or tech solutions because they’re relevant to our audience, and not because of their relationship with Insight. If an Insight portfolio company is highlighted in the briefing, we will clearly note the relationship.
Our content
Insights Distilled uses attributed primary and secondary sources to highlight the ways that major financial services institutions are using technology to strengthen their businesses and adapt to a rapidly changing world. We often feature technology case studies that use data to demonstrate impact, but we don’t publish promotional content or advertorials.
We are always looking for examples of successful deployments or game-changing innovation within leading firms. Do you have a story that you think would be a good fit for Insights Distilled?
